We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote from Italy position.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as a technical expert during sales presentations and meetings, managing technical communications and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support.
* Train and interact with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
* Help partners customize solutions to achieve commercial success based on your technical insights.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, ideally in residential energy storage.
* Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information in a fast-changing environment.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
