In this role you drive commercial performance across On Trade outlets, wholesalers and wine shops within a defined area. You will develop joint business plans to grow market share and brand value, while managing day‑to‑day sales activities and back‑office support. You’ll optimize distribution, visibility and pricing, and provide market insights to inform strategy. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role that blends negotiation, analytics and creativity to deliver sustainable growth in a leading premium spirits company. Responsabilità
* 2+ years of FMCG experience in a similar role
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Digital savviness with xjrgpwk familiarity in social media
* Results-oriented and collaborative with solid market knowledge
* Experience in planning and executing promotions
* Good P&L understanding
* Excellent communication
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluency in Italian; English a plus
