Joining us meansjoininga truly global community ofmore than36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /ppWe are looking for a strongTEST INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER /stronginvolved in the following activities: /pulliSupport tender quotations for industrial test means. /liliContribute to Product test strategy and Industrialization test roadmap. /liliContribute to the development of the product test specification defined by engineering team. /liliDevelop the test bench technical specification along with the Engineering team and/or external supplier. /liliAs per defined by Product test strategy and Industrial testing standards: develop, deploy, validate and maintain test bench, fixtures, test sequence, programing tools, etc.… /liliManage testing means development or upgrade including configuration management (Hardware and Software) and related validation. /liliManage maintenance and calibration of active tools/test fixtures (internal, external). /liliEnsure support to manufacturing (internal / external) related to industrial test means: deployment, upgrade, follow up, reporting, maintenance, debug, expertise and continuous improvement /liliTrain the manufacturing workers regarding the correct application of testing procedures and the use of test benches. /liliComply with EHS Alstom and external standards. /liliPropose improvement ideas and evolution of industrial test standards and tools. /li /ulpExperience and skills required: /pulliBachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent. /lili2 to 5 years of experience in the testing field, preferably in the electromechanical and railway sectors. /liliElectronics domain: scheme critical analysis, troubleshooting investigation, analog and digital components. /liliCompetence in measurement tools/sensors used in testing applications, in programming and using data acquisition systems. /liliAbility to design and utilize CAD software and simulation tools for the development of test benches, tools, interfaces, etc... /liliExperience in hydraulics’ domain. /liliTest bench: structure and principle, maintenance, debug, troubleshooting investigation. /liliExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. /liliGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ulpJob location: Florence /ppAn agile, inclusive and responsiblecultureis the foundation of ourcompanywhere diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advanceintheir careers.
