I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives. /ppAs Assistant Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: /ppReview bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift. /ppEnsure FB area is checked prior opening to guests and ensure all area is clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance. /ppHandle guest feedbacks, inquiries, and comments. /ppAssist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to FB Host. /ppSupervise the FB Host’s team. /ppWork with an empathetic attitude. /ppEnsure the prompt and efficient service required by standards. /ppEnsure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service. /ppHave a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and FB day to day activities. /ppHave good knowledge of all FB outlets opening hours. /ppKnowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary. /ppEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. /ppUpkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. /ppStrictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. To execute the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: /ppHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 3-5 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. /ppHospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. /ppFluent in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages preferred. /ppEligible to work in Italy. /ppAlcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency. /ppThe above is intended to provide an overview of the role and responsibilities for a Assistant Restaurant Manager at Six Senses Rome.
