Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by capturing new opportunities. This includes developing new customers, improving relationships with existing ones, and increasing market share.
To achieve this, the Sales Manager will need to align annual sales targets with customers, monitor performance month-over-month, and negotiate pricing and contract terms. Additionally, they will be responsible for 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support to after-sale service.
The Sales Manager will also focus on increasing revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs. They will support marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image, and monitor competitors' pricing and strategies.
