Are you ready to shape brands that change patient outcomes and accelerate access to life‑changing medicines? As Junior Brand Manager V&I and Metabolic, you will connect science, data and storytelling to unlock growth while elevating the patient journey. You will translate real-world insights into focused brand strategies, orchestrate omnichannel activation, and build the tools that help our field teams engage with confidence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing V& I, and working in close strategic partnership with the Marketing Head Metabolic (CVRM), you will work at pace with cross-functional partners and global colleagues to deliver plans that are both compliant and bold. Your work will help us build solutions across the healthcare ecosystem—working with internal teams and external experts to spark uptake, strengthen equity and inform the future of our portfolio. Accountabilities: Dual-Portfolio Management: Drive the marketing agenda for both V&I and Metabolic brands, ensuring tailored strategies that respect the specificities of each therapeutic area while leveraging shared best practices. Brand Strategy: Lead the development of brand strategy and marketing plans for the assigned brand with clear priorities, measurable outcomes and a focus on patient impact and growth. Cross-Functional Orchestration : Drive cross-functional Brand Building processes aligned to company and brand objectives, ensuring full compliance with Italian legislation and company procedures. Plan Execution and Monitoring : Lead cross-functional teams to implement the brand plan; continuously monitor performance and insights to adjust course and maximize impact. Market Insights and Analytics : Analyze market data to identify segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats; translate insights into strategy and resource allocation. Promotion and Communications : Provide promotions, public relations and advertising support that builds preference and accelerates uptake. Training Enablement : Participate in the development of training for field and customer service teams to ensure consistent, confident customer engagement. Corporate and Scientific Engagement : Uphold a strong corporate image within the scientific community through credible communication and evidence-based storytelling. KEE and Global Collaboration: Maintain and develop relationships with KEEs and collaborate with headquarters on global projects to align local execution with broader strategy. Omnichannel Activation: Contribute to the determination of distribution channel solutions, including digital, social media and inside sales, to optimize reach and engagement. Forecasting and Patient Journey Insight : Support creation and management of tools, time series and patient-based forecasts; deepen organizational understanding of the patient journey. Strategic Forecasting : Develop mid- to long-term strategic forecasts for pipeline and marketed products, incorporating epidemiology, treatment paradigms, competition and pricing/access in close collaboration with Finance. Field Data Coordination : Coordinate internal data collection from the field across functions to ensure timely, high-quality inputs to decision-making. Decision Tools and Dashboards : Build expertise in interpreting diverse data sets and convert them into usable reports, dashboards and customer engagement tools that create competitive advantage. Essential Skills/Experience: Ability to manage marketing activities across a diverse portfolio, balancing priorities between different therapeutic areas and stakeholders. Experience managing marketing activities for an assigned product to support company objectives, including collaboration with global and other country teams. Ability to lead development of brand strategy and marketing plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes. Proven capability to drive cross-functional Brand Building processes in compliance with Italian legislation and company procedures. Track record of implementing and continuously monitoring brand plan actions, adjusting based on performance and insights. Strong skills in analyzing market data to identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats that inform strategy and resource allocation. Experience providing promotions, public relations and advertising support for a brand/product. Experience contributing to training for field and customer service personnel on brand information. Exposure to omnichannel solutions, including digital, social media and inside sales. Skills supporting creation and management of tools, time series and patient-based forecasts; ability to deepen understanding of the patient journey. Ability to develop mid- to long-term strategic forecasts in collaboration with Finance, integrating epidemiology, treatment paradigms, competitive dynamics and pricing/access. Experience coordinating internal field data collection and converting diverse data into reports, dashboards and customer engagement tools. 5. Desirable Skills/Experience: 1-2 years' previous experience of marketing experience in healthcare or biopharma industry with a preference for experience in vaccines, immunology and/or metabolic therapeutic areas. Familiarity with the Italian pharmaceutical promotion code and compliance practices. Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools, CRM platforms and advanced Excel. Hands-on experience with social media campaigns and marketing automation. Exposure to pricing and market access considerations and how they inform forecasting. Experience collaborating with cross-country or headquarters teams. Strong communication skills in Italian and English, written and verbal. Experience mapping the patient journey and integrating insights into brand activation.
