Pre-Sales Engineer / Senior Solution EngineerLocation: Italy (Rome – hybrid, travel required)Language: Italian + EnglishExperience: ITMSP/MSSP Ecosystem, Backup, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, CloudCompensation: Base: €80K – €85K; OTE: €115K (uncapped), 70/30 splitResponsibilities Own the technical sales cycle across Italy, supporting both direct and partner‐led opportunitiesDrive technical validation, solution design, and deal progressionAct as trusted advisor to partners and end customers, serving as technical closer, enabler, and problem solverWork closely with MSPs and partners to support pipeline generation and deal executionLead technical discovery, demos, and workshopsSupport partner‐led sales cycles across mid‐market and enterprise customersRun proof‐of‐concept and technical evaluationsAssist with RFPs and complex deal cyclesServe as the technical voice within key opportunities QualificationsRelevant experience in ITMSP/MSSP ecosystem with a strong background in backup, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions is required. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English are essential.
