Social Media & Marketing Manager
ManaTraders LLC is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
ManaTraders is a leading platform in the Magic: The Gathering ecosystem, specialized in card rental for competitive play. It is part of the CardTrader group, sharing the same international community, vision, and focus on innovation in the collectible card market.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence and marketing efforts across multiple platforms. In particular, they will be expected to:
* Speak and write fluent English (C1+ level or equivalent)
* Manage and engage our user community across multiple channels, including Discord, Twitter (X), and Facebook
* Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
* Set up and analyze tracking, KPIs, conversion funnels, and campaign performance metrics, ensuring accurate and reliable attribution
* Interpret campaign data and continuously improve performance through testing and optimization
* Plan, create, and manage newsletters, including content creation, segmentation, performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions), and optimization
* Create or manage the creation of visual content for ads, newsletters, and social media, using graphic design tools or content creation software
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign tracking
* Hands-on experience with ad platforms, pixels, events, and conversion tracking
* Experience with email marketing tools and newsletter management
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Familiarity with ManaTraders.com
* Knowledge of the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering
