The Business Development Manager Europe South is responsible for leading the commercial strategy in the Southern Region of Europe (FR, IT, ESP, PT, CH) to drive profitable growth. Key areas include leading formulation and execution of the sales & marketing strategy, identifying target segments, defining solutions and creating clear Sales & marketing plans towards targeted customers \r\n\r\n\r\n Responsible for formulation & execution of the sales & marketing strategy for the Europe South in alignment with Europe and Nanofilm global strategies, to drive profitable growth of the segment. \r\n Strategy / Market Research: leading market analysis including defining market size, segmentation, application groups, defining market/ customer needs for the Europe South market. Manage strategic sales initiatives for developing Europe South area including target customers, application groups & solutions. \r\n Drive opportunity pipeline by offering differentiated solutions with unique technologies with superior quality and on time delivery. \r\n Project Management: responsible for managing customer projects / opportunities bringing them to commercial success. \r\n Key Account Management: Manage relationships with Key Accounts within the European functional segment. \r\n Bachelor degree and/or job experience in engineering/science \r\n Experience in Sales role in the Industry - Physical Vapour Deposition ( PVD)\r\n Experience with sales Processes from detecting leads to the closure – Including cold lead calls/communication campaign \r\n Knowledge of the Industrial Market – Capacity to gather crucial Data Market (Competitors)\r\n Basic Knowledge of coating machine and operation \r\n Broad knowledge of engineering products and components in the market
