We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our team and contribute to our innovative projects involving SAP. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Contributing to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES Orchestrating service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones Supporting de-escalations of critical customer situations Collaborating with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support teams Participating in customer release and maintenance activities Supporting technical requirements throughout the customer's lifecycle within SAP Enterprise Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives liaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success Reviewing account status and analyzing needs for account transition Ensuring systematic onboarding and continuous knowledge transfer sessions Qualifications & Experience Technical skills required: At least 5 years of SAP Basis experience, with expertise in SAP HANA database Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory Experience with SaaS products and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred Proficiency in Italian (native or C2 level) and English (B2 level or above) Work Experiences 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge 2 years of cloud-related experience Why Us Global presence with diverse workforce and opportunities for international collaboration Flexible, virtual-first work environment supporting work-life balance Focus on employee growth through learning and career development Comprehensive benefits and recognition programs Equality & Opportunity for All We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, or other protected classes, in accordance with applicable laws.
