We are a renowned hospitality group managing two prestigious 4-star hotels in the heart of Florence: Horto Convento, opened in 2017 and highly regarded for its exceptional service, and Della Calza Retreat & Spa, our new luxury property soon to open, offering a unique experience with the largest spa in the historic city center.
Our mission is to provide extraordinary guest experiences across both properties, maintaining the highest quality standards and strengthening our position in the premium hospitality market.
To support this growth and optimize commercial performance, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven
Revenue & Sales Manager
who will develop and implement pricing, revenue, and sales strategies for both properties with an analytical and strategic approach.
Role Overview
The Revenue & Sales Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of revenue and sales for both properties, implementing pricing policies, distribution strategies, and commercial initiatives to maximize financial performance and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement
revenue management strategies
for both properties.
Analyze performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP) and take corrective actions.
Monitor market trends, segmentation, seasonality, and competitive set analysis.
Manage and optimize
distribution channels
: OTAs, GDS, brand website, direct bookings.
Develop and promote
special packages and promotional offers
in collaboration with the marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with
commercial partners, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and the MICE segment
.
Ensure
rate alignment and market positioning
across both properties.
Analyze booking patterns and develop strategies to increase direct bookings.
Support and train operational teams on the correct application of revenue and sales strategies.
Requirements
Solid experience (
minimum 3-5 years
) as Revenue & Sales Manager, preferably within
4- or 5-star hotels
or luxury properties.
Excellent knowledge of
PMS, Channel Managers, CRS
, and revenue analysis tools.
Advanced
Excel and reporting skills
.
Fluent in
Italian and English
(additional languages are a plus).
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
