We are seeking a Global Brand Manager to drive brand growth and reinforce our presence in both domestic and international markets. As a key player, you will be responsible for building brand equity through data-driven marketing strategies and powerful, consumer-centric innovation.

1. Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute brand strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring brand equity, consistency, and positioning across markets.
* Analyze market trends and brand performance, identifying growth opportunities through competitor benchmarking, consumer insight analysis, and pricing strategies.
* Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product development, working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams from concept to launch.
* Oversee 360° communication strategies, including media, digital campaigns, in-store visibility, and PR, in collaboration with external agencies.
* Monitor brand KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, share) and drive corrective actions when needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 3+ years in marketing roles, preferably in food, snacking, or FMCG sectors.
* Skills: Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action; Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
