Responsibilities:Take over commercial responsibility for the Italian market and cultivate business plans and sales strategy to open doors and win new businessBusiness development through proactive customer visits, attendance of trade shows and in-person meetings to build relationships and promote product launchesEffective communication with R&D;/Technical contacts to discuss product performance and functionalityIdentify market white-space and new potential clients through market researchPrepare account plans, sample requests and maintain regular follow up to ensure a healthy pipelineDirect feedback to HQ including trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes and forecastingQualifications:Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, account management or business development in the B2B chemicals/ingredients sectorGood knowledge of the Personal Care and Cosmetics market in Italy, ideally with contacts to call uponTechnical background is preferred, with a Degree in ChemistryExcellent verbal communication, analytical skills and problem solving skillsPlease submit your CV if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
