Moncler is looking for a Outlet Store Manager to lead our Outlet store in Leccio The Mall. Consistently driven by innovation and excellence, we are looking for a leader who shares our values and spirit, and who is eager to contribute to the continued success of a dynamic and evolving environment.
The Store Manager is accountable for delivering outstanding commercial performance and achieving key qualitative objectives by consistently exceeding expectations, while inspiring, leading, and developing the team through a hands‑on and coaching‑oriented approach.
Your Impact

* Build an authentic, attentive, and long‑lasting relationship with clients, based on active listening and addressing customer expectations.
* Prioritize excellence in outlet performance and results through the analysis of clear KPIs and the implementation of action plans aimed at achieving ambitious targets.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the Maison’s guidelines.
* Continuously enhance within the teams the understanding of the brand’s history and values, as well as the ability to naturally promote collections and product features.
* Create a stimulating work environment where trust and respect for diversity are valued.
* Empower and inspire teams by recognizing individual strengths and suggesting solutions for continuous improvement.
* Lead the team to achieve shared objectives by clearly identifying priorities, tasks, and defining roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
*
* 3–5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury, or retail organizations; experience in an Outlet environment is a plus.
* Proven excellence in customer service skills.
* Full professional proficiency in French; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Digital mindset, with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools.
