PpAt Ingecom Ignition Italia, we are looking for a bPre-Sales Engineer /b to join our technical team and act as a trusted technical advisor for partners and customers. /p pThis role is key in supporting the sales organization by designing, presenting, and validating IT solutions, combining strong technical expertise with business understanding and excellent communication skills. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 pAs a bPre-Sales Engineer /b, you will be responsible for: /p ul liWorking closely with the sales team to support all pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical workshops. /li liUnderstanding customer and partner requirements and translating them into effective IT architectures aligned with Ingecom Ignition’s portfolio. /li liActing as a technical reference for partners and end customers throughout the pre-sales cycle. /li liDesigning and delivering technical presentations, demos, and solution proposals. /li liManaging and executing Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, from planning to validation, in collaboration with resellers and end customers. /li liSupporting initial configuration, deployment, and validation of solutions during early project phases. /li liServing as a technical interface between vendors, partners, customers, and internal teams. /li liDelivering technical training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities (classroom, online, or on-the-job). /li liKeeping up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in IT, preferably in pre-sales, technical consulting, or engineering roles. /li liStrong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders: sales teams, vendors, partners, and customers. /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liGood command of English (B1–B2 level), for interaction with vendors and technical documentation. /li liWillingness to travel within Italy as required. /li /ul h3Technical Skills Expertise /h3 pHands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: /p ul liNetworking: LAN, WAN, SD-WAN /li liEndpoint technologies and IT infrastructure /li liCloud and virtualized environments /li liIoT / OT systems /li liManaged IT services /li liEnterprise hardware and software technologies /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience delivering technical training or workshops. /li liKnowledge of or experience with vendors such as: Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Proofpoint, SentinelOne, Vectra, or similar IT solutions. /li liRelevant certifications, either vendor-neutral or vendor-specific. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
