Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for the sales and margin budget within the assigned area
* Management and development of distributors and partners operating in the territory
* Sales activities, technical consulting and customer support in assigned markets
* Development of new partnerships and customer accounts to increase business volume
* Identification and appointment of new distributors to strengthen and complete the distribution network
* Continuous monitoring of market and product knowledge, providing structured feedback on market trends, pricing, competitors, and win/loss analysis
* Product presentations (both verbal and written)
* Identification of new product introduction and business development opportunities to penetrate existing and new markets
* Development of business relationships with new direct prospects
* Support in user acceptance phases during project implementation at customer sites
* Regular customer visits
Profile
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Proven track record in developing new business and managing customers within the machinery/mechanical sector
* Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective commercial solutions
* Strong enthusiasm and determination, combined with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach
* Self-motivated and well-organized, able to work independently in a geographically dispersed role
* Ambitious and career-driven, with the willingness to take on increasing responsibility
* Availability to travel up to 50% within xjrgpwk the assigned area
* Fluency in English and at least one additional major foreign language (French is considered a strong asset)
* Previous experience in a similar role, even if limited in duration
