Key Responsibilities Prioritize the client experience, understanding their needs and expectations. Welcome and assist clients, providing excellent in-store service. Engage in storytelling and asking questions to build authentic, long-term relationships. Handle customer complaints effectively and liaise with management when necessary. Lead on the sales floor to meet individual and team sales objectives. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets. Maintain product and brand knowledge. Keep the shop floor and visual displays to high standards, adhering to operational guidelines. Ensure security measures are followed to prevent thefts. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors, suggesting innovative ideas for improvement. Develop loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Drive sales by understanding client desires and creating personalized experiences. Key Requirements Experience in sales, preferably in luxury or retail sectors; passion for retail and client service. Understanding of luxury products and sensitivity to brand standards. Strong communication skills. Willingness to evolve within the organization; relocation is a plus. Digitally aware and open to new working methods. Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution skills.
