Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular – Italy & Switzerland

About the role
The Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular is responsible for leading local product marketing activities across Italy and Switzerland, with a primary focus on Northern Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont). The role translates EMEA strategies into local execution through product launches, market positioning, pricing support, and sales enablement initiatives. Responsibilities include close collaboration with sales teams, physicians, and internal stakeholders, management of product lifecycle activities, coordination of congresses and medical education events, and regular field engagement to gather market insights and support commercial performance. This is a highly field-driven position requiring frequent travel and hands-on interaction with customers and internal teams.
Non-Negotiable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience within the medical devices industry
- Proven professional experience within Neurovascular (NV) therapies or products
- Direct involvement in medical device product launches
- Experience planning and executing medical events such as congresses, symposia, or medical education events
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel extensively (3–4 days per week) within the assigned territory
- Eligibility to work and travel across Italy and Switzerland
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience working closely with commercial or sales teams
- Hands-on experience managing product lifecycle activities
- Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, physicians, or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Ability to adapt marketing materials to local market requirements
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Previous responsibility for both Italy and Switzerland markets
- Established Neurovascular customer or KOL network in Northern Italy
- Prior experience in a highly field-based marketing role
- Background in Neurovascular sales or clinical specialist positions
