This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of robotics and automation at unprecedented scale, working with world‑class teams pushing the boundaries of what's possible in robotic manipulation, locomotion, and human‑robot interaction. /p pAs a Robotics Electrical Engineer, you will design, build, and test innovative robotic workcells and module designs such as robotic end‑of‑arm tools for our robot solutions. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with an interdisciplinary team to design new robotic industrial automation from concept to production. /li liDesign of complex electrical systems, including layouts, schematics, BOM, documentation for fabrication, coordination with build/procurement, certification/QC, test and field support. /li liWrite requirements and functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures. /li liDevelop field support diagnostics tools, documents, and training to resolve issues in high‑complexity FC system installations. /li liWork with the Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality organizations, as well as vendors to ensure a smooth production transition of design changes. /li liDeep‑drive electronics issues, optimize configurations, develop and execute tests to verify functionality. /li liTravel to vendors, installation sites, and manufacturing partners to ensure high quality bar is maintained. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience /li liExperience with prototyping and implementation /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liKnowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools /li liExperience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
