Position Summary
Improve Audio-Video sales by managing assigned Retail customers; meet established sales and market share targets for the relevant product category.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage sales of Audio-Video products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers.
2. Build and develop solid sales relationship with existing retail customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets.
3. Design and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead.
4. Coordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, also by supporting in visiting the assigned key customers on the territory, directly manage the Key customers at national central level.
5. Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory.
6. Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation, price protection claims.
7. Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts.
8. Engage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Operations to ensure highest levels of service for named customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor Degree or Major -preferably in Economics a plus;
Professional Background: 2/3 years’ minimum experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO). Experience in CE vendor is highly preferable.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
Travel required: 60% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
