From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. /p pResponsible for leading and coordinating a nationwide team of Sales Specialists focused on the industrial market, within the Electrical Products Business Unit (EP), which offers an extensive portfolio of low-voltage solutions. /p pbHead of Sales Specialist Industry for Low Voltage Electrical Market /b Key responsibilities include: /p ul libDefining commercial strategies /b by geographic area, market segment, and sales channel, in alignment with Business Unit and Macro Area management. /li libDriving business development /b through customer visits, market analysis, and identification of new opportunities across strategic industrial sectors. /li libManaging and supporting the Sales Specialist team /b, ensuring alignment with business goals and individual development needs. /li libFostering collaboration /b with colleagues from other Business Units and Divisions to enable cross-selling initiatives and joint market approaches. /li libEngaging with Area Managers, Agents, and Account Managers /b to coordinate efforts in vertical markets and strategic accounts. /li libOrganizing training sessions /b in partnership with Product Managers to promote existing solutions and introduce new offerings to the market. /li libMaintaining continuous communication /b with internal stakeholders to share insights and updates on key markets and customers. /li liMonitor market trends and competitor activitiesbto provide strategic insights and proactively adjust sales approaches, ensuring the team remains competitive and aligned with evolving customer needs. /b /li liSupport the implementation of digital sales tools and CRM systemsb, promoting data-driven decision-making, pipeline visibility, and continuous improvement in sales performance and customer engagement. /b /li /ul pbTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: /b /p ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in technical-commercial roles within industrial automation. /li liStrong technical understanding of low-voltage products and their typical industrial applications. /li liEducational background in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or equivalent technical diploma. /li liProven knowledge of trade policies, pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales terms in the Italian market. /li liExcellent customer relationship management and deep familiarity with the industrial target market. /li liWillingness to travel across Italy. /li liPassion to never-stop growing /li liRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create andshare knowledge /li liProficiency in English and Italian /li liEligibility to work in Italy /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p ul liFlexibility: a trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphones; wi-fi connection reimbursement. /li liWelfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options. /li liNever stop growing: plenty of opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys /li liAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourself /li /ul pbJoin us and be yourself.
