PpOff-White is looking for a Customer Credit Analyst to join our Operations team, reporting to the Business Operations Director. The role, with a specific focus on footwear, is responsible for managing customer credit risk, monitoring outstanding balances, and supporting the operational processes related to customer accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external B2B clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances. /li liAssess, approve, and review customer credit limits in coordination with operational guidelines. /li liActively follow up on overdue balances through calls, emails, and written correspondence. /li liInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and deductions in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Customer Service teams. /li liPrepare and analyze reports on customer account status, aging, and operational performance KPIs. /li liSupport process improvements to enhance efficiency in customer credit and collections operations. /li liAssist with keeping customers compliant with Coface credit insurance company terms and conditions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience of 4 / 5 years in a similar role within customer credit management, collections, or operations. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. /li liStrong knowledge of customer credit processes and account management. /li liExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. /li liEffective communication and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. /li liAdvanced Excel skills. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
