Ph3ROLE DESCRIPTION /h3 pPurpose of this role is about ensuring that customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company. The Marketing Manager will monitor and analyze market trends in Ruminants, study competitors' products and services, explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability as well as identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them in order to maximize demand (sell-out). /p h3CORE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liChampioning the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals. /li liWorking closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met. /li liDeveloping and sustaining strong working relationships with stakeholders (Vet, KOL, Farmer, Associations, etc). /li liPlaying a key part in buying, sourcing and manufacturing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the brand. /li liEffective multichannel brand strategy development in accordance with the BUD. /li liDeveloping high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy. /li liRealistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly. /li liPresenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences. /li liManaging external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met. /li liSeek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth. /li liDeveloping strong working relationships with sales and merchandising/promoters teams is essential. /li liIn collaboration with Distribution Director, carries out a regular analysis of forecasting and phasing. /li liReport any possible pharmacovigilance issue detected during post-marketing activities and/or clinical trials. /li liRegularly read the main scientific journals/magazines and report any possible pharmacovigilance issue that might be described. /li liResponsible for the correct management of the Zoetis social media of the Business Units, both if they are managed directly or by third-party suppliers. /li liEnsure that the Zoetis social media under their responsibility is regularly monitored to ensure that any adverse events for the products marketed by Zoetis are promptly reported. /li liReports into the BUD Livestock. /li /ul h3ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS /h3 pReports into the BUD Livestock. /p h3EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liVeterinary/technical degree. /li liSpecialization in marketing. /li liEnglish proficiency. /li liRelevant previous experience in marketing, ideally brand manager in a similar industry (pharma/veterinary). /li liProven budget management. /li liCommunication and influencing skills track record. /li /ul h3TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS /h3 pFrequent business travels. /p pFull time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
