A protagonist in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Electronics Business area, in the International Sales – Naval Systems organizational unit, we are looking for a **Sales Manager** for our Rome office, Via Tiburtina Km 12.400.The person will primarily be responsible for the following activities:* Identify specific needs, tenders and opportunities with International Clients, mainly for Radar Sensors and Integrated Naval Combat systems, coordinating with the Marketing Function, also defining the offer strategy and success probability.* Process Client requests by coordinating a BID Team composed of various Company functions (PM, Contracts, Legal, Risks, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, etc.), involving other Company Business Lines (Logistics, Optical and Avionics Sensors, etc.), other subsidiaries and companies participated by Leonardo.* Present to the various Company Departments (Business Line, Business Area, Division, etc.) in a suitable manner what has been developed by the BID Team.* Present offers to Clients, update them with new needs and requirements, initiate negotiations discussing technical, economic aspects and Terms & Conditions, until the contract is signed.**Education:*** Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM disciplines.**Seniority:*** **Expert**: 3-5 years.* International experience is a plus.**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Physics, Mathematics.* Integrated systems (in general).**Behavioral skills**:* Proactivity;
* Autonomy;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Leadership;
* Problem-solving attitude;
