Ph3Job Title /h3 pCommercial Professional Marketing Specialist - Sleep Respiratory Care (Triveneto) /p h3Job Description /h3 pPromoting Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products and solutions in the assigned area (Triveneto) and maximize sales, margins, market share and customer relationships in order to ensure long term profitability in the targeted territory. /p pIn addition, you will ensure that customers (e.g. clinician, technicians, operators, agents, Home Care Provider) are properly trained and supported. /p h3You are responsible to /h3 ul liManage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory. /li liSupport and develop dedicated commercial, marketing and educational activities for prescribers (also in collaboration with the Business Partners) and Home Care provider in order to achieving sales and marketing targets in assigned territory. /li liConduct regular visits to customers (prescribers: Pneumologist/neurologist, nurses, physiotherapists, etc) to obtain direct feedback from them about Philips solutions and to be updated on the local tenders, Home Care Provider's penetration, competitors. /li liSupport and follow the clinical community/Hospitals in the assigned zone to expand the sleep and ventilation therapy adoption. /li liSupport and develop dedicated marketing, educational and commercial activities for prescribers (also in collaboration with the Business Partners) and Home Care provider in order to achieving sales and marketing targets in assigned territory. /li liTrain all customers (prescribers and Home Care Providers) in order that all stakeholders are provided with high quality training to achieve optimal usage of the product as indicated by the IFU. /li liDevelop strong relationships with the field commercial organization of the business partners in order to increase the adoption of Philips SRC solutions. /li liContribute to maintaining and updating customer's segmentation profile in CRM. /li liMonitor of the local trends, Market Share and market dynamics of prescriptions in order to define commercial and marketing strategies to increase Philips adoption. /li /ul h3You are a part of /h3 pthe Local CommercialProfessional Marketing team, in direct line to the CommercialProfessional Marketing Lead. /p h3To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master Degree, or equivalent experience in a technical background. /li liPrevious experience as sales/technical specialist in medical sector is preferred. /li liExperience in home care market is a plus. /li liKnowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel) required. /li liSelf-motivated, enthusiast, proactive and able to manage own workload. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships. /li liVerbal and written English proficiency on top of italian as local languange. /li /ul h3How We Work Together /h3 pWe believe that we are better together than apart.
