Build strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders, including buyers, store managers, and distributors. Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets for assigned key accounts by collaborating closely with Retail Execution, Consumer Experience (Marketing), Customer Service & Logistics and Finance. Develop and execute annual business plans for key customers aligned with company strategy to drive sales, volume, distribution, and market share growth. Analyze performance trends and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities, define corrective actions, and implement plans to improve results. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored, commercially sound solutions. Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, understand business dynamics, and identify growth opportunities. Role requires travel 50% of the time, mainly in Central and Northern Italy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Flexibility to eventually move to other locations in Italy.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3/4 years of experience in customer‑facing roles; Trade Marketing experience a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a customer‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset in fast‑paced environments. Highly self‑motivated with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated strength in time management, planning, prioritization, and budget management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to learn company‑specific tools and systems. Languages: Native Italian; fluent English. Valid driver’s license required.
