Business Development Representative
Hybrid Work Mode | Remote + Regular Meetings in L'Aquila

inefficient and error-prone manual processes
lack of real-time data on aircraft and pilot performance
maintenance programs rigid and non-predictive.
What will you do?
You will join the Intuos sales team and work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and grow the company's market presence.
Your main activities will include:
identify and contact potential customers in target markets
manage initial contacts with prospects
present Intuos services and solutions clearly and professionally
collaborate with the Sales Manager in defining business development strategies
update your CRM and monitor sales KPIs
support marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, curious, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial attitude.
Requirements:
excellent knowledge of Italian and English (B2 or higher)
knowledge of a third language (e.g. French, German, or Spanish) is considered a plus
previous experience in business development or sales roles
good command of digital tools (CRM, Office, marketing automation )
ability to work in a team and manage one's own activities independently
excellent interpersonal skills, with the determination and curiosity to match
self-disciplined and able to work well independently
able to think outside the box, and be flexible when the role requires it
a passion for the world of flight or experience in the aeronautical sector will be considered a plus.
Working methods
mostly remote, with operational autonomy and flexibility
availability for periodic meetings in L'Aquila for team activities, training and planning (approximately on a quarterly basis)
availability to travel internationally (fairs, customers, partners).
