This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of experience in product management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to shape cutting-edge SaaS solutions. /ppResponsibilities /pulliOwn and execute product strategy – Define, develop, and prioritize product roadmaps based on market trends, business goals, and customer insights. /liliLead cross-functional teams – Collaborate with engineers, designers, customer support and marketing teams to drive execution and deliver high-impact solutions. /liliAI automation integration – Identify opportunities to integrate AI, leveraging tools like OpenAI and prompt engineering. /liliShopify ecosystem expertise – Stay updated on Shopify platform requirements, ensuring compliance and feature compatibility. /liliData-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs to optimize product performance. /liliMentorship leadership – Provide guidance to product teams and contribute to a strong product culture. /li /ulpRequirements /pulli5-10 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, or B2B software. /liliStrong technical understanding (bonus if you have experience in engineering or development). /liliProficiency in Excel, data analytics, and Jira. /liliFamiliarity with OpenAI, and prompt engineering. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex concepts. /liliStrategic thinker with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment. /liliFluent in English; a second European language is a plus /liliRole based in Milan or London with regular travel required.
