PBooking Agent /ppbThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection /b Roma /ppbr/ppThe Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection, one of the most vibrant and dynamic 5 in Rome, is looking for you! /ppbr/ppThe Reservation Agent will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: /ppbr/pulliReservation operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard; /liliResponding to all guest enquires in an engaging manner whilst using Hotel standards with the aim of converting every enquiry into a booking by delivering efficient and intuitive guest service. /liliEnsure personal knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers; /liliMaximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program; /liliFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; /liliAny and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. /li /ulpbr/ppTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow: /ppbr/pulliReservation experience in Hotel of same category preferably in Marriott Luxury Properties /liliStrong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities /liliCalm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines /liliExcellent interpersonal and communications skills /liliA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service /liliExperience with answering multi-line phone lines /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office programs /liliExcellent command of Italian and English.
