NEW OPENING - Arena Maniace, a hospitality and dinner show destination in Syracuse, is seeking a Sommelier.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the wine experience and developing the wine list, contributing to service excellence in an international environment.
Responsibilities
* Definition and updating of the wine list
* Table-side consultation and pairing management
* Support in training the front-of-house team
Requirements
* AIS, WSET certification, or equivalent
* Experience in fine dining or premium hospitality environments
* Knowledge of the Italian and international wine landscape
* Fluent English (C1 level or higher), required to manage international clientele
