At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us elevate our Sales Account Executives Team.
The Role
Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in the Italian market to achieve and exceed acquisition goals, while scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive team success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure continuous growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member can thrive.
Key responsibilities :
* Strategic Leadership : Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and surpass sales targets for the Italian market, aligned with Factorial’s broader objectives.
* Team Development : Coach your AEs and TLs regularly, conduct sales training, and provide feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
* Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead the hiring and onboarding of high-performing, committed AEs, ensuring seamless integration and professional growth with clear career development pathways.
* Collaboration & Efficiency : Work with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to improve tools, processes, and tracking for maximum sales efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with global stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies and foster regional synergies.
* In-field Leadership : Spend significant time supporting your team in the field, guiding pipeline management, and continuously improving sales approaches.
Requirements :
* B2B Sales Expertise : Proven experience in B2B sales, leading teams in competitive, dynamic environments.
* Sales Leadership : Minimum of 5+ years leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with at least 2 years as a Sales Manager, and a record of achieving results in fast-paced settings.
* Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions for strategy refinement.
* Languages : Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English.
* Adaptability : Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, managing uncertainty, and driving success under pressure.
* Passion for Growth : Motivated to learn quickly, make a tangible impact, and drive team success from day one.
