You will develop market penetration strategies, optimize profitability, and manage the sales budget and reporting. You’ll analyze client needs, negotiate with clients, and translate market insights into actionable plans. * Achieve sales goals in coordination with General Manager and Company Sales Team
* Implement strategies to improve market penetration and sales productivity
* Increase sales volume and profitability by executing projects per the Hotel Business Plan
* Analyze sales statistics and market data to inform profitability
* Review market analysis to define client needs, occupancy, and rates
* Negotiate with clients to maximize profit while meeting needs
* Meet budgeted sales results and margins via soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming business
* Plan and implement strategies to maintain and grow sales volume through promotions
* Monitor the Sales Department budget and take corrective actions when neededMaintain accurate sales statistics and account records; provide market feedback to the General Manager
Responsabilità
* Quality management skills
* Several years of sales experience in Italy, preferably in a high-level hotel, with an established Italian network
* Italian and English fluency required; German is a plus
* Strong attention to detail, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, and team orientation
