We're growing our customer base and looking for a Account Manager to join our team in Rome.

This is not a passive account management role.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our existing client portfolio, maintain its health according to clear internal KPIs, and actively hit the company's portfolio expansion targets. This role combines structured account management with proactive commercial growth.

What you'll do:

- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients

- Maintain strong client relationships and monitor account health

- Identify expansion opportunities within the current portfolio

- Support renewals, upsells and commercial growth initiatives

- Proactively reach out to potential clients and qualified opportunities

- Coordinate with operations, product and leadership to solve client needs

- Keep client communication clear, consistent and structured

- Follow up on commercial opportunities with discipline and ownership

- Help turn client feedback into actionable internal insights

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development and B2B Sales

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Commercial mindset: you care about retention, growth and results

- Ability to manage clients while also creating new opportunities

- Proactive, organized and comfortable with direct outreach

- Comfortable working with targets, follow-ups and structured pipelines

- Native or fluent (C2 level) Italian

- Good English level, enough to communicate with international clients when needed

- Based in Rome or available to work full-time from our Rome office

A strong plus:

- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management or SaaS

- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management

- Understanding of upselling, renewals and account expansion

- Ability to work independently without waiting for constant direction

- Interest in AI, automation and technology

Strong bonus:

If you already manage or have a real client portfolio within the hospitality, short-term rental or property management sector, and there is a concrete opportunity to migrate that portfolio to Armonyco, we are open to discussing a dedicated bonus structure for that migration.

Format:

- Full-time

- 40 hours per week

- Monday to Friday

- 100% on-site at our Rome office

- Rome office: Porta Pia area

- Compensation: competitive, negotiable based on experience and profile

- Possibility of a permanent contract
