Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
Customer & Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.
Track and report regional performance metrics.
Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and data.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Work with Solutions, Marketing, and local teams to align sales efforts.
Provide field feedback to influence product and service improvements.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members.
Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for improvement.
Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.
Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.
Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and the ability to promote collaboration.
Willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
