Thanks to its exceptional location - picturesquely situated at 1,500 meters above sea level, surrounded by breathtaking and untouched nature - the hotel offers an exclusive retreat, far from the hustle and bustle of urban life and mass tourism. This unique setting attracts a discerning and sophisticated international clientele seeking peace, privacy, and an authentic, memorable experience. - Berghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideaway_ is seeking a talented and passionate professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver sophisticated, guest-oriented service. We are looking for someone who shares our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and providing impeccable, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing consistently exemplary service and embodying our ethos of highly individual, discreet, and engaging service to all guests Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and service-focused operation, delivering an exceptional dining experience that creates lasting memories Welcoming guests, escorting them to their preferred or reserved table, and accompanying them after lunch or dinner to bid them farewell Communicating the details of the menu and beverages/wine with clarity and confidence Leading the service team by example Motivating and developing all F&B staff to achieve the highest levels of service excellence, while fostering positive staff relations Maintaining all F&B areas (front and back of house) and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety Ensuring impeccable personal presentation and maintaining a well-groomed appearance for all staff members Ensuring the daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently Regularly communicating with the managing owners regarding business performance, successes, concerns, issues, and support needs Talents and qualifications that are valued: Good knowledge of English, ideally German and Italian Successfully completed hospitality or gastronomy education Additional qualifications (e.g., sommelier certificate, bartending experience or training) are a plus Relevant experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry Genuine dedication to hospitality and personalized high-end service Excellent communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude True passion for high-quality food, wine, and spirits Enthusiasm for working in a culture-savvy environment Familiarity with a refined ambiance, and good manners and etiquette Ability to work independently as well as within a small team, while leading and collaborating as part of it Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy and challenging situations Strong team spirit and a willingness to help wherever needed Well-mannered behavior and professionalism towards colleagues and superiors Reliability and punctuality A keen eye for detail, with precision, order, and cleanliness in one's work Immaculate personal presentation and well-groomed appearance Persistence and commitment to maintaining consistent quality and performance Eagerness to embrace new challenges and a strong desire for continuous development High sense of integrity, loyalty, and discretion Flexibility in working hours - Berghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideaway_ employee benefits: Work in the prosperous region of South Tyrol, renowned for its excellence in hospitality, in a particularly beautiful and idyllic location, surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, offering numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and sports, and a peaceful environment, away from the summer heat of the valley towns, yet only 30 minutes by car from Egna/Ora or Cavalese (also accessible by public transport) Opportunity to work in high-end hospitality at a unique, intimate, and independent 5-star hotel, as part of a small team where each individual plays a key role and can actively contribute to the success of the establishment Pleasant and stimulating work environment within a young and dynamic team, in a welcoming, supportive, and collegial setting, fos
