Starting with close collaboration alongside the Spare Parts Sales Team, you will gradually take full ownership of the quotation and order process, working with precision inside our Oracle EBS management system.Key Responsibilities
Receive requests for quotations from customersDetermine their priorityExamine the request and precisely identify the parts to be offered, their ERP code, drawing number, their position within the technical drawings and bills of materialsRequest quotations from suppliersDetermine the historical cost and sales price of the parts to be offeredDetermine the delivery time of the parts to be offeredPrepare quotations for the customer, precisely indicating the price and delivery time of the partsAll this while interfacing with the technical unit and administration when necessary
Qualifications
Experience in selling spare parts in the aftermarketStrong knowledge of ERP systemsExcellent command of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suiteFluency in Italian (written and spoken)Good command of English, both written and spoken
