PbKey Responsibilities : /b /ppIn coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following : /pulliTo form close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand, and to increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. /liliTo achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision makers and ensuring sales growth. /liliStrategic planning - Both short and medium term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, and liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information. This is to ensure the correct positioning of Hanwha products in the market. Recommendations on marketing plans and new / revised strategic direction will be discussed with the Country Manager. /liliProperly manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installer) part of Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility on sales revenue generated through assigned Partners /liliSupport activity of Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets /liliAreas of responsibility will include the following (but not limited to) : /li /ulpEnd user consultations /ppConsultants and specifiers /ppLiaising with major System integrators at senior level /ppEnsure actual customer based are kept update with product information /ppIncrease project pipeline and revenue with existing active customers /ppCreate a project pipeline with new customers /ppReport on weekly basis on sales and project progress /ppExisting customer audit analysis /ppbProduct and market segmentation, positioning and targeting /b /ppInput of ideas towards marketing plans for new product launches and customer events /ppFocus on product / channel / customer margin /ppAccuracy of forecasting /ppAchievement of all budgets and targets /ppbRequirements : /b /pliA proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment. /liliExtensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, or similar market segment, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants / specifiers /liliCapability to work independently in understanding customer needs, defining solutions and creating professional commercial proposals to customers (system integrators, end-user) /liliMust have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market, IT Networking. /liliPrevious experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial, but not essential. /liliGood understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology. /liliBusiness or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageous /liliPC Literate - Intermediate Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel /liliA desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition /liliAbility to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors / colleagues and key clients /liliAbility to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement /liliAbility to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets /liliA team player – demonstrate success in team situations /liliLogical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail /liliDisplays a pro-active approach and is a ‘solution finder’ /liliSelf-motivated and able to work under own initiative /liliProject Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required with the ability to present at board level to Blue Chip companies, and to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner /liliAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines /liliEnglish Language essential plus at least the local European language /liliClean Driving License /lipbLocation : /b /ppThis is a field based role, but the jobholder will ideally live in the Milan area or in the South region. This role will involve extensive travel within Italy on a regular basis, specifically in the assigned area in South Italy, and travel outside of Italy may be required from time to time. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
