He/she will be key player in delivering the Company vision and reach business objectives in terms of revenues, margins, and market share.Responsabilità del lavoroMain AccountabilitiesEvaluate performance through market, competitors and sales analyses to identify business opportunities for the category (i.e. new market segments, new products/line extensions, etc.).Support the top management in the design and implementation of the Product Marketing strategy for the High Jewelry category, by defining consumer target, product concept, price positioning, distribution channels, expected revenues, target margin, with specific focus on 3YP and budget presentationsDevelop the Product Marketing Brief according to strategy and act as a key player in the execution of the Product Development Process with relevant stakeholdersDevelop the portfolio strategy, defining product phase-in and phase-out, based on sales trend analyses, commercial opportunities, and cannibalization risk, and propose marketing and product plan corrective actions, if neededSupport the manager in all Pricing activities in partnership with the Pricing UnitCooperate with High End Sales department to define Product Assortments for targeted distribution channels & occasionsCooperate with Global Marketing & Communication department to organize Corporate and local events and follow up the relevant activitiesWork closely with Product Development and Quality departments to ensure full deployment of quality specifications for all new product releasesEnsure product information quality, maintenance and coherence on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository (descriptions, photos, digital materials, etc.)ProfiloTechnical SkillsMaster’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar field3-4 years’ experience in similar rolesProduct Marketing and Merchandising techniquesAwareness of the main phases and critical points of the Product Development processAnalysis and reporting methodologiesProject management techniquesUnderstanding of the luxury brands, fashion industry and current trendsFluency in Italian and EnglishIT applications (SAP/ERP, BW, MS Office, Power BI and AI technologies as a plus)Soft SkillsCustomer OrientationAnalytical MindsetBusiness AcumenInnovative approach, out of the box thinkingCommunication skillsFlexibility
