**Your mission**
- Daily business on site in close cooperation with our offices in Munich and Frankfurt such as handovers of the Vans, preparation and cleaning of the Vans
- Active customer consulting on site at the start of the trip
- Management of the local fleet including damage documentation, repair, and the coordination of local service
- Implementation of existing standards and processes
- Active participation and a regular exchange with the different station teams for continuous optimization of the station itself, processes and standards
**Your profile**
- At least 1 year relevant work experience, preferably with branch structures / rental business
- You are absolutely hands-on (meaning you are fine getting your hands dirty) and you consider yourself as a highly communicative person
- You are a reliable problem solver and enjoy new challenges
- You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
- Experience in leadership and recruitment is considered a plus
