PArea Sales Manager (Italy and mainly but not limited to South East Europe) /ppLocation: Remote / Field-based (Home Office in Italy preferred) /ppBrands: RIEDEL Group – RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU NACHTMANN /ppReports to: CEO /ppLanguages: First language Italian and fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages an advantage /ppEmployment Type: Full-time /ppbr/ppAbout Us /ppRIEDEL GROUP - Leading crystal brands in the Wine and Tabletop Industry is seeking for its Regional Sales Director. Our team of international professionals shares a passion for sensory perfection and premium hospitality. /ppbr/ppPosition Summary /ppWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy and South East Europe. The successful candidate will represent the RSN brands in the assigned territory, managing distributors, key accounts, and on- and off-premise customers. This role requires proactive sales leadership, strong presentation skills, and the ability to conduct educational tastings. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives. /liliMaintain and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. /liliOrganize and host consumer and trade tastings, ensuring brand presentation and education standards are met. /liliMonitor and manage distributors in your territory. /liliRepresent the brand at trade fairs and industry events. /liliBe aware of and report trends and activities etc in the markets. /liliEnsure all activities and initiatives are aligned with corporate philosophy and legal compliance of each country. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliMinimum 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, luxury goods, or premium consumer products industries. /liliProven track record in distributor and key account management. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills; confident public speaker. /liliStrong organizational and reporting skills, self-motivated, and independent. /liliWillingness to travel extensively across assigned markets (140+ days per year as per company standard). /liliProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. /liliFirst language Italian and fluent in English (mandatory).
