Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Brand Manager as part of our dynamic Brand Management team in Milan.
How you will contribute
* Understand the brand's DNA in terms of its essence, history, style, values, personality and target consumer.
* Develop the annual marketing plan, define the brand's objectives and ensure that they are correctly reflected in the individual marketing levers (product, communication, PR, trade marketing).
* Monitor the annual marketing budget to ensure that brand contractual agreements are respected and that adequate resources are allocated to the various activities, in accordance with the company objectives defined at the Strategic Meeting.
* Collaborate with the PR & Communications team to define an annual communication plan consistent with the brand strategy.
* Study local and international competitors in terms of product offering, design, distribution and marketing activities.
* Support sales by presenting the collection and the brand during brand showrooms, meetings with customers (key accounts) and activities with the sales force, also preparing ad hoc presentations.
* Prepare periodic reports and analyses of collection performance.
Who you are
* 4-5 years of experience in the same role
* Master's degree in marketing or business administration
* Result-oriented, problem-solving skills
* Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork
* Ability to work effectively under pressure or tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
* Fluent in English and Italian, French as a plus.
