You will oversee a team of engineering technicians, focusing on safety through training and coaching, and ensuring high equipment availability via preventive maintenance and adherence to processes. /ph3Key Job Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, support, and mentor your team to work safely, efficiently, and according to standards. /liliCollaborate with the team and network to develop technical solutions. /liliSupport safety and compliance programs in coordination with Site Safety and Leadership. /liliImplement network standards and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment availability. /liliOrganize training to ensure technical coverage during shifts. /liliManage local projects or support EU-level projects as assigned. /liliWork on shifts as needed to stay connected with the team and daily operations. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliSignificant practical engineering experience, including supervisory roles. /liliMultiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines. /liliExperience with automated equipment, packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems. /liliProficient in English and local language (CEFR Level B2 or higher). /liliKnowledge of health and safety standards and regulations. /liliStrong computer skills (MS Office, CAD). /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. /liliKnowledge of specialized engineering and facilities equipment within Fulfillment Centers. /liliExperience with PLC control systems. /liliProject management experience. /liliFamiliarity with CMMS software. /liliExperience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement processes. /li /ulpAmazon is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
