Sales Management Job Overview
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for establishing a channel system in MOVA Italy, encompassing agents, secondary KA and OEM customers. Your primary goal is to utilize market funds effectively, formulate product and price strategies that cater to the existing channel structure. This involves optimizing the distributor system to ensure timely supply of channel inventory, maintaining market order, and guaranteeing the profitability of partners.
Main Responsibilities:
* Formulate sales strategies based on company requirements, setting quarterly/annual goals and plans to improve marketing organization systems and management systems, while rationally allocating company resources to implement marketing strategies.
* Ensure accurate regional sell-in and sell-out management to achieve precise sales forecasts.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales management, or related majors; experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, or similar fields is preferred.
* More than five years of relevant work experience in the Italian market, with success stories in integrated marketing.
* Strong ability to withstand pressure, with proven market development and sales capabilities.
* Good interpersonal skills, team leadership experience, and project development expertise.
