PbAccount Manager /b /ppbr/ppbAbout the Company: /b /ppOur client is a leading Chinese telecommunications equipment and solutions provider and has evolved into a global player in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. The company specializes in end-to-end ICT solutions, encompassing optical fiber and cable manufacturing, optical components, wireless communications, and network systems. It serves a diverse clientele, including telecom operators, enterprises, and government institutions. /ppbr/ppbLocation Work Model: /b /ppThis is a remote position to be based in Italy. Please note that we will only be able to consider candidates with valid working rights in Italy. /ppbr/ppbAbout the role: /b /ppYou will be joining a team of around 60 people in Europe. Our client is already well established in countries such as Germany, Greece or Spain but Italy is a new market for them. /ppbr/ppReporting directly to the CEO of Eurooe, you will be the 1st person in Italy and develop our client’s footprint and activities across the country, focusing on telecom operators of major players in Italy. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbCustomer Development and Maintenance /b /pulliIdentify potential customers and establish contact. /liliMaintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat purchases. /liliAchieving Sales Targets /liliMeet the sales targets set by the company. /liliDevelop and execute sales plans to ensure timely completion of tasks. /li /ulpbr/ppbProduct Promotion /b /pulliIntroduce company products or services to customers, highlighting their advantages and features. /liliProvide customized solutions based on customer needs. /li /ulpbr/ppbMarket Research /b /pulliGather market information and analyze competitors and industry trends. /liliProvide feedback on customer needs and market dynamics to assist the company in adjusting strategies. /li /ulpbr/pulliContract Negotiation and Signing /liliNegotiate contract terms with customers to ensure mutual agreement. /liliSign contracts and follow up on execution. /li /ulpbr/ppbAfter-Sales Service /b /pulliResolve customer issues to ensure high-quality after-sales service. /liliHandle customer complaints and enhance satisfaction. /li /ulpbr/ppbTeam Collaboration /b /pulliWork with marketing, product, and technical support teams to meet customer needs. /liliParticipate in team meetings to share experiences and market insights. /li /ulpbr/pulliTraining and Learning /liliAttend company training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. /liliStay updated on industry trends to maintain competitiveness. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements and Qualifications: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in business or similar fields /lili4+ years of experience in the telco sector in Italy /liliExperience with passive (ideally) or active components for the telco sector /liliGood understanding of the procurement or network planning processes in telco companies /liliFluent Italian English /liliAvailability for business travel across Italy /li /ul
