Your mission is to consolidate Carglass leadership by transforming major clients Insurance Companies into long-term strategic partners. Using a high-level consultative approach, you will maximize claims channeling toward our network, optimizing both customer experience and commercial value.Negotiate and renew complex commercial agreements, identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling/up-selling) within the Large Account portfolio.Collaborate with the Growth & Revenue team to define pricing strategies and commercial terms for key accounts, ensuring a balance between competitiveness and profitability, while aligning sales proposals with corporate growth objectivesConstantly monitor and analyse sales KPIs (TUR, Average Job Price, Market Share).
