As a global player, the Group has a worldwide presence and supplies customers all around the globe. The Technical Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Directors. Main Activities_:_ - Together with all Sales Directors of the various Companies of the Group, the Technical Sales Manager prospects potential new customers, designs the best solutions for them, sustains current business, and follows every project up - Provides sales quotes to customers - Visits customers regularly, implementing strategies to support them and to drive value and developing strong partnerships - They explore side business opportunities allowing the Company to extend the business scope - Organizes and participates to international fairs and events - Shares information with the Product Development team - Manages admin activities related to the acquisition of orders. Additional Activities: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. A background in sales engineering or a related field is preferred. Requisiti: _Degree: _Mechanical Engineering (or similar) and/or diploma in Mechanical Engineering. _ Years of experience in the role:_ 3 years relevant experience in the role. _ Languages: _Must be fluent in Italian and English for regular interactions with customers and colleagues. Spanish, French and German are considered a plus. _ IT: _Strong understanding of the most common Office software and reporting tools (e.g. Excel). _ Attitude and soft skills: _We are looking for a flexible individual who has a good balance between sales, account management, business development and technical skills.
