Commercial Strategy Manager
A senior consultant is looking for a commercial strategy manager to develop, manage and support the network of concessionaires in a designated area.
The main responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the assigned dealer portfolio in the designated area (Central-South Italy), monitoring performance and supporting them in achieving targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and evaluating potential new partners to strengthen territorial coverage.
- Supporting dealers in defining and implementing local commercial and marketing plans.
- Training and updating dealers on products, solutions and commercial strategies.
- Monitoring the local market, competitors and trends, providing feedback to management for future strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with commercial policies, prices and contractual conditions.
- Collaborating with the internal team (direct sales, service, marketing) to ensure consistency and quality in the customer experience.
- Preparing regular reports on activities, results and action plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (min. 3–5 years) in B2B commercial roles in the industrial sector, preferably in logistics, automotive, industrial machinery or related fields.
- Experience in managing indirect networks/dealers.
- Excellent relational, negotiation and result-oriented skills.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and set corrective actions.
- Availability for frequent trips to the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.
- Diploma or degree preferred.
