About the Role
For our upcoming opening with Corinthia Rome and Carlo Cracco, we are looking for a polished and dynamic Chef de Rang. You will manage your station confidently, ensuring each guest interaction reflects our refined contemporary dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your section with precision
- Present menus, take orders, guide guests with warmth
- Coordinate with Commis and FOH team
- Maintain high-level presentation and detail
- Support a collaborative team atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong communication and refined service presence
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, eager to grow
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus
- Passion for sophisticated hospitality
