About the Role
For our upcoming opening with Corinthia Rome and Carlo Cracco, we are looking for a polished and dynamic Chef de Rang. You will manage your station confidently, ensuring each guest interaction reflects our refined contemporary dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your section with precision
* Present menus, take orders, guide guests with warmth
* Coordinate with Commis and FOH team
* Maintain high-level presentation and detail
* Support a collaborative team atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
* Strong communication and refined service presence
* Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, eager to grow
* Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus
* Passion for sophisticated hospitality
