Descrizione

In this role, you will:

* Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.
* Act as a channel technical hotline, assisting with technical requests and presales support from our elite partners.
* Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by drafting and reviewing RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.
* Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

* Fluency in English and near-native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian.
* Strong technical aptitude, with a good understanding of network technologies and information security.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
* A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
* Strong work ethic.
