Are you ready to change the way our world is powered?Responsibilities

Support the development and day-to-day management of the distributor networkAssist in achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets under the guidance of the Distribution ManagerHelp collect and analyse regional market information and competitor activitySupport dealers in understanding and using sales tools to highlight TCL product benefits and drive end-customer salesWork closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help execute regional sales and marketing initiativesContribute to sales reporting and forecasting by maintaining accurate data and follow-upsSupport the monitoring of pricing (ASP) and receivables in line with internal guidelinesAttend regional sales and promotional events arranged in close cooperation with the distribution partnersArrange training events with sales and technical partners on TCL Solar products and energy solutions

Related Experience & Educational Requirements

Two years of sales experience, ideally in renewable energy solutions (PV solar and storage) or other industries active in the electric distribution channelGood verbal and written communication skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishWell-organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work in a team and under pressureGoal oriented to achieve quarterly and yearly sales target

Other

Occasional international travel may be requiredThe position is home-based50-75% of time travelling in the assigned area: mainly North-Center of Italy
